The Rowley brothers first approached us to re-build their website. From there we grew together, and uncovered  a captivating brand image and tone that resonated with the entire  team.
The project scope incorporated  an end-to-end  marketing plan. From brand  re-design, to  brand strategy and finishing off with web re-design & social presence.

As technology continue to adapt to change faster than the human race can, we  implemented real time data transfer from their CRM to their website, meaning any listing that is added is automatically fed through to their website.

Consistent Branding

We started with a logo and grew their asset portfolio to ensure coherent branding was visually represented across all mediums.

Asset Management

We thought about how we can attract new business, grow the brand and leverage repeat and referral leads.
The outcome – a suite of marketing material that would drive cosumer enquiry and generate buzz.

Social Presence

Once we went live with the brand spanking new Rowley website, we tackled their social presence to make noise. We started filling their Facebook page up with uniquely styled visual images that were cleverly designed to captivate.

We started with the logo, and the transition of old branding to new branding became clear – our path to sleek simplicity commenced, and from here we’re excited to unveil the final masterpiece that we now call Rowley Estate Agents.

We created a beauty, but built a monster. A monster of creative marketing collateral telling the same consistent branded message. 

From website visual imagery, to quarterly brochures and social graphics. Everything has the same consistent unique look and feel meaning, whenever you see a Rowley social graphic you will instinctively know exactly which brand it is.

Business cards can become your face of a brand when your physical presence isn’t around, so having a design that speaks to your values and business image is pivotal in making the right impression. For the Rowley team it was about being minamlistic in our approach, while conveying trust, honesty and integrity.

Efficiency, User Experience & Automation

Was the name of our game.

One criteria the Rowley team requested from us before the project kicked off was automation. They wanted to become more efficient as a business – working smarter not harder. We developed their website with one main focus in mind – one click real estate property listing upload. 
We built a link that talked directly between their CRM system and their website meaning they only had to enter the property once into their CRM system and it automatically pushed through to the website – technology doing its thang!
